1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Gift Packet Pat Pat, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. In-App Purchases

The app offers the following in-app purchases:

• Treasure Chest — Consumable, $0.99. Grants 25 lives (5 packs of 5). One-time purchase per transaction.
• Pat Pat VIP Weekly — Auto-renewable subscription, $0.99 per week. Removes all ads while subscribed.
• Pat Pat VIP Monthly — Auto-renewable subscription, $2.99 per month. Removes all ads while subscribed.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not: reverse engineer the app, use cheats or exploits, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or in-app progress.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
